Weekly Email

Hey everyone!!

 

 

Sorry about last week, I was not in the mood to write an email! Haha but it's been a pretty solid couple of weeks!!

 

 

We've found several new people and we're having a few of our unserious people take big steps forward which is great!! I just wanted to talk about our friend named pinky. She has been meeting with the missionaries for a while but she has never kept any major commitments. But we could see that she had potential so we kept meeting with her and inviting her and guess what?? She's come for two Sundays in a row!! I feel like this is the way the Savior looks at us. Sometimes we say we will work on things or we will stop doing certain things and we don't. But the Savior sees our potential and he keeps inviting us and he keeps reaching out because he knows one day we will change and we will become the people he needs us to be!!

 

 

Other cool news is we met a few Liberian Americans who are back visiting their families for a few weeks. We talked about politics, food, and just America and it was really great!! It helped me remember a few things about the states that I have forgotten.

 

 

Things are going great here in Greenville and I'm grateful for the chance I've been  given to serve the Lord!  Also just wanted to give a little shoutout to my sister Sam and her new husband Landen!! Congrats on getting married!!
