THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Tuesday- Well I said goodbye to Elder Yemoh and Elder Mukonda at 5 this morning!! It was hard to say goodbye! Me and Elder Shakespear hung out until his new companion arrived. His new companion is Elder Parker and he is from Idaho! He is a stud and I really like him. We spent the day in their area because I still don't have a companion!!

Tuesday-Thursday- We went back and forth between my area and Elder Shakespear and Parkers area. We taught several lessons and I'm grateful I was able to spend a few days with them. I was able to see how two experienced missionaries teach and how they plan and go about their work. So I'm grateful for the things I learned from them.

Friday- NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS RIDICULOUS. Today was the day all the new trainees were getting sent to their areas. So my new companion showed up today. So my new trainee is ELDER HOUSTON FROM KANAB UTAH!!!!! Elder Houston and Elder Shakespear were best friends in high school and I played both of them throughout junior high and high school!! I will be with Elder Houston for three months, CRAZY!!!!! We're gonna have some fun!!

Saturday- The first thing we did today was a service project! We basically dug a ditch on the side of a road so it would drain better when it rains. The dirt that we dug up we put in bags and carried to spots in the road that had been washed out and had big ruts! For some reason they wanted the missionaries to be in their white shirts!! And my shirt got DESTROYED!!! HAHAH I'll have to bleach that one for sure! After our service project me and Elder Houston went out and taught lessons and did a little finding! One lesson that we taught today thay impressed me was with a man named Sumo! As we taught the restoration the spirit was so strong and he told us about the first time he came to visit the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints he told us he felt so good. And that it made him want to be a better person!! It was a very powerful lesson and I'm grateful I was able to be a part of it!!

Sunday- Well we had church today and we had a good crowd of investigators so that was great! Elder Houston was able to bear his testimony and meet a few of the members! After church We went and taught a few new people and we had a meeting with the district president. It was good we talked about some stuff that will help us as missionaries and help him and the branch presidents! Sister Bondo brought her food to us tonight. So kind of her!!! Elder Houston did not enjoy it! Hahahah he'll get used to it.

Man another week has flown by. And I honestly can't believe that I have a companion from kanab and were living with Elder shakespear who is also from Kanab!!! 3 missionaires from southern utah all end up together on the same mission in the same apartment and as companions!!! Crazy stuff! But I'm grateful for this chance to serve with Elder Houston!! I love and miss you all!!
